    We are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our team!

    Duties and responsibilities:
    -Facilitate electronic onboarding for all Family Resource new hires.
    -Submit and ensure completion of new hire background checks within required time frames.
    -Assist new hires in the branch day of orientation if assistance is needed completing onboarding
    -Authorize and track required paperwork for requested vaccinations and testing upon new hire.
    -Ensure accurate and timely creation of employee profiles in the required software.
    -Create and maintain personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements and best practices.
    -Manage the process and forms involved in the new hire on-boarding experience.
    -Coordinate with HR Specialist of Caregiver Training to ensure optimal completion rates for new hires completing required licensure training.
    -Facilitate on-boarding satisfaction surveys to ensure optimal employee experience.
    -Gather data and produce reports on key performance indicators for the recruiting department.
    -Support HR projects and initiatives as directed by supervisor.
    -Any other duties as assigned. Position may also be modified to accommodate the specific needs of the assigned branches.

    The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays an essential role in facilitating a smooth onboarding for all our new hires. They will assist all our Talent Acquisition Specialist in administrative tasks, assist with recruiting process improvements to gain efficiencies, and provide data and analytics on the recruiting process.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or GED
    • 2 years of related experience
    • Demonstrated interpersonal communication and organizational skills
    • Technical proficiency in utilizing computers and generating reports

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • BA in human resources or a related field
    • PHR or SHRM-CP Certification
    • Experience in the health care field
