The Family Resource Home Care Talent Acquisition team is growing and looking to add an experienced high-volume recruiter to our team! Our team is responsible for hiring the Home Care Professionals/Caregivers that provide quality care to our clients.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of full cycle and/or high-volume recruiting experience (at least 25-30+ hires per month) OR high-volume healthcare staffing/scheduling
- Must live in one of our current markets which are the states of Washington, Oregon and Idaho. If you do not meet this requirement, we will be unable to consider your application.
- Ability to partner with multiple internal stakeholders and accommodate various high importance needs at once
- Must be a self-starter and able to organize and manage daily schedule appropriately
- 1+ years' experience in a role that required adherence to interviewing/hiring metrics
- Ability to review personal performance data and strategically create recruiting methods to improve hiring outcomes as necessary
- Ability to accept and apply feedback and pivot recruiting strategies as needed
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in HR or business field OR High School diploma with 3+ years of directly related experience.
- Must be 18 years+
- Must be able to pass state and national background checks in addition to reference checks
Job Details /Requirements:
- Support partnering branches in hiring caregivers that suit their clients' current and future needs; continuously building a pipeline of qualified caregivers for those branches
- Post and manage job ads for assigned caregiver openings
- Process new applications daily and connect with applicants within 12-24 business hours
- Strategically schedule interviews based on branches' orientation schedules to reduce time from interview to orientation
- Interview candidates and extend offers to qualified matches
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Onboarding Coordinator communicate new hire and orientation details so they may begin their onboarding process soon after an offer is accepted
- Meet with branch partners weekly to discuss current and upcoming client needs and how you may adjust your recruitment strategy as needed.
- Partner with Strategic Talent Specialist (sourcing specialist) to find and schedule local community events for you to attend/recruit
- Visit partner branches 2-3x per quarter as able to meet in person and continue building business relationship
- Attend community recruiting events as they are scheduled
- Each of our recruiters are expected to interview at least 30+ candidates per week and successfully have 8+ new hires attend orientation each week. This is a high-volume recruiting position that requires strict time management skills and ability to meet set goals/metrics.
