    This is a remote role located in our business operating areas Washington, Oregon, Idaho.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. Administer FRHC's Safety and Worker's Compensation program to include:
    • Lead and administer the organizations safety initiatives to include our Accident Prevention Program, safety committees, and safety trainings.
    • Ensure effective management of the organizations worker's compensations
    claims.
    • Ensure company compliance with safety related laws and regulations such as infection control (Hep B, TB, etc.) and communicable disease recognition and reporting.
    • Track, prepare, and submit annual OSHA filings.
    2. Be a resource for supervisors in field staff employee relations and progressive discipline.
    3. Assist in the development and interpretation of personnel policies and procedures.
    4. Represents the company for any unemployment claims.
    5. Ensures compliance with USCIS Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification; periodically audits Forms I-9.
    6. Manages the company leave of absence program.
    7. Assist with the HR phone line, answering questions or referring them to the correct party.
    8. Complete assigned tasks for employee onboardings and terminations.
    9. Support HR projects and initiatives as directed by supervisor.
    10. Any other duties as assigned. Position may also be modified to accommodate the specific needs of the assigned branches.

    Minimum Qualifications:
    • 1+ years of related experience
    • Demonstrated interpersonal communication, presentation, and organizational skills
    • Technical proficiency in utilizing computers and generating reports

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree is Business Administration, Human Resources, or similar
    • PHR or SHRM-CP Certification
    • Experience in the health care field
