The Resident Services team provides transformative, affordable, and supportive housing and elevates the voices of the communities we serve that are disproportionately affected by systemic inequities. PPL provides 1,600 housing units and serves nearly 13,000 people annually in the Twin Cities, aiding in long-term stable housing so that our community can live their best lives. PPL integrates race equityorganization-wide through multiple strategies and systems change initiatives.
Job Summary:
The Family Services Coordinator serves an impactful role partnering with families in PPL Supportive Housing. The role provides comprehensive case management services, facilitates on-site workshops, and makes referrals to community resources. PPL uses a Person-Centered, Harm Reduction, and Housing First approach to partner with participants from diverse communities. All families in PPL supportive housing have experienced homelessness and behavioral health challenges. Family Services Coordinators pride themselves in building strong relationships, serving the whole family, and offering services in person at a place of families' choosing, whether it be in the comfort of their home or in our vibrant community.

Minimum Requirements
Ability to use:
Office equipment including telephone, smartphone, voicemail systems, copier, printer, scanner, and fax machine.
MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
The Internet and electronic timecard system
Computer Network (files, drives, and folders)
Apricot or other database systems
Additional Requirements:
Hours: Standard business hours -40 hours per week (1 evening per week)

Salary: $22.00-$24.00 Yr., DOQ
** PPL's work structure has evolved into a Hybrid Model where available , striking a balance between on-site presence at the office or satellite locations and remote work from home based on the program's needs. Working with your supervisor to find the right balance for your team will evolve over time.**
