About the Role
The Guardianship Report Specialist plays a key role in ensuring accurate receipt, review, and tracking of guardianship reports. This position utilizes the State’s case management system along with various Excel spreadsheets to maintain organized, compliant, and up-to-date records. Key Responsibilities
• Receive, review, and track guardianship reports in accordance with state requirements
• Enter and maintain data within the State’s case management system
• Manage and update Excel spreadsheets used for monitoring and reporting
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely processing of all documentation
• Communicate with internal staff and external partners as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all applicable policies and regulations
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field, such as:
• Social Work
• Counseling
• Gerontology
• Guidance and Counseling
• Family and Child Development
• Psychology
• Sociology
• OR a bachelor’s degree in any field plus at least two (2) years of related experience in a human services area
• Valid driver’s license required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Excel and data entry
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Preferred Skills
• Experience with case management systems
• Knowledge of guardianship processes or human services programs
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
