We are looking for a Product Development Specialist to join our growing team and focus on building and managing a variety of applications used on our platform. The position will be based in Santa Monica, CA with some ability to work remote. ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Product Development Specialist will be  responsible for managing and maintaining a handful of Fanbank's proprietary technical products, along with email and other responsibilities as needed. You'll work cross-functionally with a variety of stakeholders including the product, marketing, and operations leadership teams. This is a unique opportunity to join an experienced team and grow with a company.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with marketing and product teams to define requirements and build applications
• Manage and maintain customer-facing technical solutions
• Assist in website development and iterations using HTML/CSS
• Responsible for all customer facing email including, creation, managing campaigns, tracking, and deliverability initiatives
• Collaborate with operations team on application rendering and publishing
• Identify problem areas and make improvements to technical solutions used by various parts of the organization

REQUIREMENTS

• 2 year technical degree preferred, or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Extremely detail oriented, goal-driven, and organized
• Must be able to work independently
• Ability to prioritize among multiple responsibilities at a given time
• Ability to create/edit static websites using HTML/CSS
• Knowledge of HTML/Email templating engines (i.e. Liquid)
• Experience with Content Management Systems (i.e. Wordpress, Shopify, etc)
• Basic programming experience
• Familiarity with source control systems and concepts (i.e. Github)
• Ability to work effectively in a high-growth company and adapt as the product evolves
• Ability to work with technical products across multiple systems
• Excellent interpersonal skills working with people at all levels of a business
• Must have a positive attitude, commitment to excellence, and a determination to get things done
• Must enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment
