    We are looking for a customer-oriented Social Media Sales Coordinator to approach potential clients and inform them of our apartment locating services. The charismatic and skilled Social Media Sales Coordinator is also responsible for building good relationships with new and existing clients to try and ensure their business in the future. 

    To be successful as a Social Media Sales Coordinator you must have excellent interpersonal skills and experience in sales. A good Social Media Sales Coordinator combines charisma with sales skills to generate clients through our social media channels to pass on to our sales team.

    SOCIAL MEDIA SALES COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Generate clients through our social media platform.

    • Sell the company's locating services.

    • Coordinate client information and needs to our sales agents.

    • Manage and update client information in our CRM.

    • Manage social media engagement in a timely manner.

    • Reach out to potential clients to inform them about our products and services.

    • Call clients that reach out directly to our company 

      SOCIAL MEDIA SALES COORDINATOR REQUIREMENTS:

      • Experience working in Sales.

      • Experience with CRM software.

      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

      • Ability to gauge client needs.

      • Phone calling skills
