Fancy Apartments** is keen on hiring an efficient Content Creator to play a key role in the growth of our social media following and lead generation. The Content Creator will focus on growing the Fancy Apartments brand in Houston by utilizing video content across all social media platforms.

Ideal candidates will be responsible for creating the content for our social media marketing along with sourcing content-worthy apartment deals & homes to shoot, organizing content, editing, publishing the content, evaluating our marketing performance metrics, and collaborating with our sales team & other influencers.

The candidate will have strong real estate content creation experience, a background in real estate and apartment locating, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

. Create high-quality videos of apartment communities for social media platforms that generate lots of engagement & new clients for our apartment locators

. Weekly sourcing of engagement-worthy apartment deals across Houston & new construction communities on their own & with the help of our apartment locators

. Weekly scheduling , shooting, editing, and organizing all content

. Daily publishing of content across social media platforms

. Shall have successful experience with apartment locating marketing

• **Responsibilities & Duties

**.Have a strong understanding of apartment locating social media content & Houston's rental market

.Locate apartment deals across Houston that will generate high levels of interest & buzz on our social media page weekly

.Schedule weekly video shoots at apartment communities across Houston

.Shoot video content of multiple units & amenities at apartment communities

.Edit video content so that it performs well on our social media platforms

.Publish engaging content to social media using the platforms' native text, stickers, and audio ensuring that the content generates lots of engagement & clients

.Properly identifying trends and developing content that will help grow the brand and reach a large audience

.Marketing efforts must grow our social media following & attract new clients

.Strong written and verbal communications skills for copywriting & coordinating with the apartment communities
