Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Apartment Listing Researcher to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to research and identify 10-20 apartment listings per week for each market that align with our criteria for posting on social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong research skills, a good understanding of social media marketing, and a keen eye for identifying appealing apartment listings.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct weekly searches and research to identify new apartment listings in designated markets.
• Evaluate and select apartment listings based on specified criteria, such as location, amenities, and visual appeal.
• Gather necessary information for each selected listing, including photos, descriptions, and key details.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of information gathered for each listing.
• Maintain a database or spreadsheet of selected apartment listings for reference and tracking.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging social media posts for the selected listings.
• Monitor social media engagement and gather insights to optimize future listing selections.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in real estate, property management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong research skills with the ability to efficiently gather information from various sources.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic understanding of social media marketing principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet weekly targets.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members.
