    Job Description

    ABOUT THIS ROLE This role will involve regular collaboration with our Ad Ops Campaign Managers based in our San Francisco, New York, and London office locations and Ad Engineering in Poznan Office. We offer you a unique entry-level position with the potential to develop either in ad operations, data analysis or engineering.

    You will be supporting teams in real time in one of the three time zones: Europe, East Coast, West Coast. Typical working hours will be around 9am-6pm PST.

    Provide technical support to Ad ops. teams in real time in one of the three time zones: Europe, East Coast, West Coast by quality assurance off direct advertising campaigns. Working hours for this role will

     YOU WILL...

    • Provide technical support to Ad traffickers, Media strategists, Ad Engineering team and 3rd party vendors including quality assurance of the campaigns
    • Identify, track and communicate any issues to ensure accurate delivery of the campaigns
    • Perform daily monitoring of all live campaigns for all the regions to ensure that the campaigns are running smoothly without any issues. 
    • Analyze data for all ad products to provide accurate benchmarks to the sales organization
    • Liaising with adEng team and escalate any issues that can't be handled by the adops team.

    YOU HAVE...

    • Basic knowledge about QA, testing
    • High attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects efficiently to meet deadlines
    • Business-minded, Customer-service-oriented attitude and ability to work as a partner with remote teams
    • Proficient knowledge of English
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with internal and external teams

     BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE...

    • Familiarity with online advertising, ad tech, marketing, or sales concepts and metrics
    • Basic knowledge about Javascript, HTML, Internet file formats, or web coding concepts
    • Customer service experience desirable
    • International experience
