    Job Description

    Faneuil, Inc. is looking to hire a full-time Human Resource Coordinator for our Headquarters Office in Orlando, FL. This is an onsite position paying $16.00 per hour, and we are aiming to fill this role within the week. After a 90-day probationary period, employees will be eligible to enroll in Medical/Dental/Vision/401K benefits and accrue sick and vacation time based on hours worked.

    POSITION: Human Resource Coordinator

    LOCATION: Faneuil, Inc. 100 Sunport Lane, Suite 100 Orlando, Florida 32809

    DESCRIPTION:

    • The Human Resource Coordinator aids with and facilitates the human resource processes at all business locations. 

    • This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry.

    SHIFT DETAILS:

    • Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm EST

    • Onsite at our Orlando Office, no telework options available at this time

    PAY INFORMATION:

    • Pay is $16.00 per hour

    • Paid every two weeks

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.

    • Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation, and maintains I-9 files. 

    • Submits online investigation requests and assists with new-employee background checks.

    • Uses Kronos, Oracle, and Vision software programs for HRIS employee maintenance updates.

    • Maintains employee uniform inventory and laundry process.

    • Assists with the preparation of the performance review process.

    • Makes photocopies, mails, scans, and emails documents, and performs other clerical functions.

    • Files documents into appropriate employee files.

    • Assists or prepares correspondence as requested.

    • Prepares Orientation packets and new employee files.

    • Processes mail and UPS shipments and needed.

    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience preferred.

    • At least two years related experience required; SHRM-CP credential preferred. 

    • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Kronos, Oracle, and Vision software programs.

    • Current and valid Florida Driver’s License

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and customer service skills, and attention to detail and organizational skills.

    • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.

    • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

    • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

    • Able to endure prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

    • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
