We're FarApp, a rapidly growing e-commerce automation solution company. It sounds like a lot of buzz words, but we are growing fast and want to bring in new talented folks to help manage our expanding customer base. We hope that we can find that talent in you!

What's an e-commerce automation solution company? It's a fancy way of saying we move customer's data around. Simple in concept, but deep and complex when you get into the weeds. We have the technology to adapt our connectors into thousands of configurations to meet our growing customer demands. Our team needs to be experts in the field, instructing people on leading practices, walking customers through their configurations and setups, and brainstorming solutions to varied and unusual problems.

Who should you be? You should be a curious problem solver and a great communicator. Sure, a lot of companies say that, but we really mean it. If you look at things and wonder how they work, if you figure it out anyway when no one can give you the answer, if you get a rush when you solve a hard problem, you'll love this job. We of course train at least every week if not every day, but you'll be learning how to solve problems instead of just getting the answers.

What will you be doing? Your main responsibility will be to help us scale our operations by understanding and documenting workflows and processes. This means you'll be in charge of deciding which articles are the most important, how to organize them, what systems you like and don't.

You'll be first responsible to help customers out when they run into problems using their current product. This happens a lot, our customers like to break things. After diagnosing and identifying the problem, you'll need to document the process for our knowledge base. After a time, documentation will become more critical to the role and you'll be working closely with the request of the solutions team to figure out where our weak spots are and what warrants attention for the future.
