    Farallon Consulting, L.L.C. has an opening for a full time, Human Resources Coordinator in its Issaquah, Washington office. This is an hourly, non-exempt position with benefits at $20-$24 DOE.

The firm is headquartered in Issaquah, Washington, with branch offices in Seattle and Bellingham, Washington; Portland, and Baker City, Oregon; and Oakland, Folsom, and Irvine, California.

     

    POSITION SUMMARY

    The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior HR management in supporting human resources activities. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: onboarding, record-keeping, file maintenance, checklists, compliance; recording of skills and certifications, and HRIS entry. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry.

    This position requires a perceptive person who can relate to individuals at all levels within the organization. The coordinator must be sensitive to employee goodwill and business needs.

    REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • Minimum of 2 years of human resources experience.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or other related field.
    • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, and the Microsoft Office 365 Suite, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Publisher.
    • Ability to provide clear verbal and written communications and exceptional customer service.
    • Ability to work easily with clients, colleagues, and senior management.
    • Willingness to learn and use new computer programs and applications.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to complete a range of tasks with minimal supervision.
    • Ability to work independently and accept direction on assigned tasks.

    PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    • PHR/SPHR or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential.
    • Experience in the administration of human resource processes and programs.
    • Experience with Paylocity and Clear Company, ATS
    • Geology, Environmental Science, Engineering, or Chemistry background a plus.
