It Systems & Support Administrator (Onsite - Pocatello, Idaho)
The role of the IT Systems Support Administrator is to: • Assist in installing, updating, and maintaining enterprise applications. • Assist customers who are experiencing any procedural or operating difficulty with the use of IT applications, products, or services. • Assist in patch management of VMWare, Windows, and Linux servers Responsibilities: • Ensure proper computer operations so that end users can accomplish business tasks • Configure and maintain network computer systems, including hardware, system software, and applications • Diagnose, track, and resolve hardware and software issues and problems as they arise POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Competency Statement(s) Accountability - Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions.Analytical Skills - Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem.Communication - Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken word and writing in a clear and concise manner.Detail Oriented - Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task.Ethical - Ability to demonstrate conduct conforming to a set of values and accepted standards.Honesty / Integrity - Ability to be truthful and be seen as credible in the workplace. Qualifications: SKILLS ABILITIES Required • PC Skills - replace hardware, install operating systems, printer troubleshooting • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills • Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations • Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure of service tickets • Ability and willingness to traverse position confines and assist in different areas as needed • Positive energy and passion, with an aptitude for technology, systems, and processes • Basic Networking • Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Azure, and Active Directory Education: Completion of two years’ college-level coursework in computer science or equivalent. Licenses: Standard Driver’s License Other: Ability to travel to offices throughout the state of Idaho. Compensation: $22+ Hourly, DOE
