    Job Description

    The Digital Ad Operations Specialist will join a team responsible for Farm Journal digital campaigns from conception to completion. Operational tasks include order entry, creative trafficking, ad tag troubleshooting, optimization and reporting of onsite and offsite digital tactics such as display, mobile app, mobile messaging, newsletters, and email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and has a quick-thinking analytical mind. The candidate must be able to adapt to various digital platforms, manage a sizable amount of inbound communication with speed and precision, and demonstrate a proven track record of satisfying the customer. In addition, the Digital Ad Operations Specialist will contribute to overall Farm Journal digital thought leadership and an industry leading digital operations team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities These duties include, but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Work collaboratively in a matrixed structure to execute and deliver on all digital campaigns. * Command expertise in digital platforms, including GAM, DV360, Marketo, PowerInbox, Lytics, Naviga. * Solve technical issues through analysis working effectively with team members. * Continued learning of digital ad platforms. * Identify and resolve analytics reporting/delivery discrepancies and ad tag implementation issues. * Manage digital ad impression inventory for onsite and offsite tactics. Skills/Professional Experience These qualifications include, but are not limited to, the following: Core Competencies: * Analytical. * Technical Expertise. * Initiative. * High integrity. Required: * BS/BA degree in a related area (marketing, data analytics, business administration). * 1+ years direct experience in digital operations or related field. * Proven aptitude for growth and capacity to learn. * High level of attention to detail and excellent organizational skills * Ability to work calmly under pressure. * Highly self-motivated. * Problem solver, not a problem alerter. Desired : * Prior work with digital platforms such as Google Ad Manager; Google Analytics; Lytics; Marketo; Power Inbox; Naviga. * Experience with programmatic platforms and programmatic solutions. * Knowledge of third-party ad servers. * Microsoft Excel skills: Pivot tables, vlookups and other functions. * Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript or any programming language Company Description COMPANY PROFILE: Farm Journal is the recognized leader in B2B agriculture content, data and business insights.
