Our fast-paced, growing insurance district is looking to fill a Telemarketer position and assist in appointment setting for our agents and staff! This is a part-time position that involves cold-calling leads, and serving as the first point of contact for prospective clients in an insurance agency. This is an in-office, non-remote position with the potential to grow into a CSR, Producer, or Insurance Agent. This position includes a base hourly pay with potential bonuses and commissions. Must have strong phone etiquette, basic computer skills, and a good attitude! Responsibilities: • Cold calling leads • Be the first point of contact • Scheduling appointments • Transferring calls to an agent • Basic administrative tasks Qualifications: • Possess an upbeat, positive, patient, and enthusiastic attitude • Professional phone etiquette • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills • Confident, self-starter who works well without direct supervision • Professional phone etiquette • Excellent customer service • 1+ year of receptionist or administrative experience preferred but not required Compensation: $16 - $18.50 hourly
