Responsibilities: Generate accurate insurance quotes by leveraging accurate data, customer information, and available insurance rates Drive sales among potential clients by making phone calls, composing text messages, and sending emails regularly Achieve the predetermined business production objectives to further the agency’s greater financial goals Maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities for financial products by treating each client contact as an opportunity to generate new and continued business Work side-by-side with your mentor to build the confidence and skills necessary to gain self-sufficiency as an insurance agent Qualifications: Have a knack for connecting with others for building great rapport and relationships Candidates must clear a background check At least one year of experience working in sales or the insurance industry desired Valid Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses required or must be willing to get licensed Must display strong leadership and communication skills Compensation: $15 - $25 hourly
