Responsibilities: Boost sales revenue by calling, texting, and emailing potential clients Evaluate the individual needs and goals of prospective customers in order to present them with the most suitable insurance policy options Generate accurate insurance quotes by leveraging accurate data, customer information, and available insurance rates Achieve the predetermined business production objectives to further the agency’s greater financial goals Build the skills and confidence necessary to achieve self-sufficiency as an insurance agent with your mentor Qualifications: Must successfully complete a background check Job seekers must already have or be willing to get their state Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses Should be great at making connections to build rapport and relationships with others At least one year of experience working in sales or the insurance industry desired Must display strong leadership and communication skills Compensation: $17 - $25 hourly
