About the Appointment Setter position

We are looking for an enthusiastic APPOINTMENT SETTER​ to generate sales by calling both cold and warm leads. You will be responsible for setting appointments and obtaining information that will assist our agents in providing a quote.

A successful APPOINTMENT SETTER must be friendly and persuasive.  The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints.

SUCCESS IN THIS POSITION CAN LEAD TO VARIETY OF FULL TIME OPPORTUNITIES WITHIN OUR DISTRICT.

APPOINTMENT SETTER responsibilities are:

• Cold-calling to individuals and business alike, setting appointments for our agents

• Utilizing scripts to provide up-to date information

• Probing customers to understand them well

• Persuading individuals

• Updating/recording customers’ information

APPOINTMENT SETTER requirements are:

• Experience as a Telemarketer

• Familiar MS Office program

• Good customer service skills

• Superb communication skills

• Able to multitask

• Being very persuasive

• High school diploma or Asc or BA/BSc degree in Marketing, Business or related field
