Responsibilities: Leverage accurate data, customer information, and insurance rates to develop quotes for insurance policies Meet established new business production objectives to further the agency’s overall financial goals Maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities for financial products by treating each client contact as an opportunity to generate new and continued business Make phone calls, write text messages, and send emails to increase sales revenue from potential customers Work side-by-side with your mentor to build the confidence and skills necessary to gain self-sufficiency as an insurance agent • Handle customer inquiries • Sell and Solicit/Provide information about the products and services • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns • Document and update customer records based on interactions • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Qualifications: Must display strong leadership and communication skills Should be great at making connections to build rapport and relationships with others At least one year of experience working in sales or the insurance industry desired Candidates must have or be willing to get Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses Successful completion of a background check is required • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields • Ability to build rapport with clients • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Positive and professional demeanor • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must be willing to obtain Insurance License Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 yearly
