Responsibilities: Hit the outlined business production objectives so the agency meets its overall financial goals Create new and continued business by uncovering opportunities to upsell and cross-sell financial products Leverage accurate data, customer information, and insurance rates to develop quotes for insurance policies Boost sales revenue by calling, texting, and emailing potential clients Compile, present, and explain insurance policy options that meet each potential customer’s individual needs • Handle customer inquiries • Sell and Solicit/Provide information about the products and services • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns • Document and update customer records based on interactions • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Qualifications: Valid Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses required or must be willing to get licensed One year of experience working in sales or as an insurance agent beneficial Proven leadership and communication skills Candidates must clear a background check Excellent at building rapport and relationships with people • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields • Ability to build rapport with clients • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Positive and professional demeanor • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must be willing to obtain Insurance License Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 yearly
