Responsibilities: • Meet established new business production objectives to further the agency’s overall financial goals • Make phone calls, write text messages, and send emails to increase sales revenue from potential customers • Create new and continued business by uncovering opportunities to upsell and cross-sell financial products • Gain insurance agent self-sufficiency by collaborating with your mentor on confidence and skill-building • Compile, present, and explain insurance policy options that meet each potential customer’s individual needs Qualifications: • Candidates must have or be willing to get Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses • At least one year of experience working in sales or the insurance industry desired • Candidates must clear a background check • Excellent at building rapport and relationships with people • Proven leadership and communication skills Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 yearly
