Responsibilities: Drive sales among potential clients by making phone calls, composing text messages, and sending emails regularly Leverage accurate data, customer information, and insurance rates to develop quotes for insurance policies Maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities for financial products by treating each client contact as an opportunity to generate new and continued business Evaluate the individual needs and goals of prospective customers in order to present them with the most suitable insurance policy options Hit the outlined business production objectives so the agency meets its overall financial goals • Handle customer inquiries • Sell and solicit/provide information about the products and services • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns • Document and update customer records based on interactions • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Qualifications: Excellent at building rapport and relationships with people Successful completion of a background check is required At least one year of experience working in sales or the insurance industry desired Proven leadership and communication skills Job seekers must already have or be willing to get their state Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields • Ability to build rapport with clients • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Positive and professional demeanor • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must be willing to obtain Insurance License Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 yearly
