Responsibilities: • Boost sales revenue by calling, texting, and emailing potential clients • Build the skills and confidence necessary to achieve self-sufficiency as an insurance agent with your mentor • Compile insurance quotes using accurate customer information, data, and rates for insurance policies • Compile, present, and explain insurance policy options that meet each potential customer’s individual needs • Meet established new business production objectives to further the agency’s overall financial goals • Handle customer inquiries • Sell and solicit/provide information about the products and services • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns • Document and update customer records based on interactions • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Qualifications: • Must display strong leadership and communication skills • Have a knack for connecting with others for building great rapport and relationships • Valid Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses required or must be willing to get licensed • One year of experience working in sales or as an insurance agent beneficial • Successful completion of a background check is required • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields • Ability to build rapport with clients • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Positive and professional demeanor • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must be willing to obtain an Insurance License Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 yearly
