Responsibilities: Work side-by-side with your mentor to build the confidence and skills necessary to gain self-sufficiency as an insurance agent Uncover opportunities to upsell and cross-sell financial products by treating each client contact as a chance to generate new and continued business Achieve the predetermined business production objectives to further the agency’s greater financial goals Leverage accurate data, customer information, and insurance rates to develop quotes for insurance policies Make phone calls, write text messages, and send emails to increase sales revenue from potential customers • Handle customer inquiries • Sell and solicit/provide information about the products and services • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns • Document and update customer records based on interactions • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Qualifications: Job seekers must already have or be willing to get their state Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses One year of experience working in sales or as an insurance agent beneficial Successful completion of a background check is required Excellent at building rapport and relationships with people Proven leadership and communication skills • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields • Ability to build rapport with clients • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Positive and professional demeanor • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must be willing to obtain Insurance License Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 yearly
