Responsibilities: Present prospective customers with the best insurance policy options to meet their needs after assessing their individual circumstances and goals Hit the outlined business production objectives so the agency meets its overall financial goals Gain insurance agent self-sufficiency by collaborating with your mentor on confidence and skill-building Make phone calls, write text messages, and send emails to increase sales revenue from potential customers Compile insurance quotes using accurate customer information, data, and rates for insurance policies • Handle customer inquiries • Sell and solicit/provide information about the products and services • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns • Document and update customer records based on interactions • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Qualifications: Must display strong leadership and communication skills Valid Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses required or must be willing to get licensed At least one year of experience working in sales or the insurance industry desired Must successfully complete a background check Excellent at building rapport and relationships with people • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields • Ability to build rapport with clients • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Positive and professional demeanor • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must be willing to obtain Insurance License Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 yearly
