Responsibilities: Generate accurate insurance quotes by leveraging accurate data, customer information, and available insurance rates Meet established new business production objectives to further the agency’s overall financial goals Present prospective customers with the best insurance policy options to meet their needs after assessing their individual circumstances and goals Uncover opportunities to upsell and cross-sell financial products by treating each client contact as a chance to generate new and continued business Make phone calls, write text messages, and send emails to increase sales revenue from potential customers • Handle customer inquiries • Sell and Solicit/Provide information about the products and services • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns • Document and update customer records based on interactions • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Qualifications: Candidates must clear a background check Strong leadership and communications skills are a must Candidates must have or be willing to get Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses At least one year of experience working in sales or the insurance industry desired Have a knack for connecting with others for building great rapport and relationships • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields • Ability to build rapport with clients • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Positive and professional demeanor • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must be willing to obtain Insurance License Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 yearly
