    REQUIREMENTS

    This is a special opportunity for a special kind of person. The ideal candidate to start or buy a Farmers agency has a background in management and will need the required licenses to sell a variety of insurance products. Communication skills, business management, organizational and time management skills are critical. A business plan and a proven track record are a plus. You must have a minimum of $10,000-$50,000 in seasoned investable assets, along with requisite licensed and appointed staff members with a fully equipped retail office front upon completion of the University of Farmers Training.

    PREFERRED BACKGROUND:

    • Worked in insurance or an insurance agency for 3+ years
    • Sales Leadership
    • Property and casualty, and life and health licenses
    • Series 6 & 63 or equivalent, or ability to obtain, preferred
