Job Description We are continuing to grow and expand the ways that we can help customers be smarter about life insurance and financial services through the Farmers Financial Services Agent (FSA) program. FSAs have an opportunity to develop their own life insurance and financial services book of residual business. They can also build lasting relationships with the full-time agents (FTAs) who ask them to introduce life insurance and financial services options to current Farmers customers in their agencies. Salary Range: $65000.00 - $110000.00 per year + Residuals Entrepreneurs who take advantage of this business opportunity can enjoy: * Access to customers that have already done business with Farmers by acting as a service provider for an existing Farmers agent. * Compensation opportunities through commissions splits with Farmers agents. * Access to a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system * Access to comprehensive training that includes a foundational overview of the Farmers organization and products, processes and people that can help support your business * Competitive commissions for life insurance, mutual funds and annuities. Requirements * Licenses and Registration- Must hold a Life Insurance license, Series 6 or 7, Series 63 * To be eligible for the Financial Services Agent program, potential candidates must first pass a background check in accordance with current Farmers Insurance guidelines, policies, and procedures. The background check will cover three (3) major areas: Financial History, State, Federal, and County Criminal History, Regulatory Actions * Cannot have conflicting outside appointments Support * Our district office is made up of seasoned sales and training experts to assist our agents in growing their businesses. * We have more than 50 highly competitive insurance and financial services products * Best in class training through the University of Farmers, an award winning training organization.
