Job Description

We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born sales-person with a desire to make a difference in their community. As our newest insurance sales representative you will sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. As a full-time representative, you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
• Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints
• Expand business reach through networking techniques
• Ability to build rapport with clients

QUALIFICATIONS:

• PROPERTY AND CASUALTY INSURANCE LICENSE IS PREFERRED, BUT WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT INDIVIDUAL
• Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields (IE.: Sales, Business Administration, Finance etc.)
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• ABILITY TO OBTAIN, OR CURRENTLY POSSESS AN ACTIVE PROPERTY AND CASUALTY INSURANCE LICENSE
• ABILITY TO OBTAIN OR CURRENTLY POSSESS AN ACTIVE LIFE AND HEALTH INSURANCE LICENSE
