Responsibilities: Work directly with the insurance agents, team members, and policyholders to modify, update, and process insurance policies Deliver an optimal level of customer service in accordance with company policy when corresponding with existing and prospective clients Issue and calculate refunds, premiums, policy adjustments, and more Ensure accurate recordkeeping by reviewing and verifying personal information including names, ages, addresses, insurance policies, insurance forms, and other data Manage accurate client records through diligent data entry and recordkeeping Qualifications: Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills are required; customer service representative experience is a plus Data entry, recordkeeping, insurance policy processing computer systems experience is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and risk assessment software required Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other relevant field preferred; high school diploma mandatory Preferred knowledge of insurance policies, carriers, and processing protocol preferred Compensation: $40,000 - $65,000 yearly
