AGENCY OWNER – RETAIL PROGRAM – FARMERS INSURANCE

DO YOU HAVE AN ENTREPRENEURIAL SPIRIT OR PAST EXPERIENCE IN RUNNING YOUR OWN BUSINESS? DO YOU ENJOY BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS? ARE YOU A DRIVEN PROFESSIONAL LOOKING TO REAP THE REWARDS OF YOUR EFFORT?

I am looking for a successful, business-minded individual with a strong desire for personal growth, career fulfillment, and financial success to become a Farmers Insurance Agent. If you are a talented individual that meets our criteria and who is willing to strive to serve the insurance and financial service needs of our valued customers, we have the tools and resources to help you become a successful agency owner. Owning an agency is similar to having a franchise, however, there are NO franchise, sign-on, or royalty fees ever paid to the Farmers company. Proof of having $50,000 in liquid assets will need to be provided to show that you have investible capital available. However, Farmers will not take possession of any of your capital and these funds will remain in your control should you need to use them to cover any operational expenses such as extra marketing materials, a laptop, signage, or other startup costs you might want to use to invest into YOUR business. Note: You will be given $10,000 for office start up costs and $5,000 for Marketing costs within your first 60 days whether you use it for your office or not.

As a Farmers Agency Owner you'll join a group of business owners representing a Fortune 500 organization. This program is designed for business-minded candidates with experience in the insurance or sales industry who are looking for a proven business model that maximizes cash flow and residual income opportunities while providing the financial support to grow rapidly. This individual will become a trusted advisor in their community, inspiring the dreams of their customers by helping them protect what matters most. Running your own business can be intimidating, but with support from the Farmers family and District 31, it doesn’t have to be. Our award-winning training at the University of Farmers®, the experienced business coaching of our local district managers, financial support options, and a nationally recognized brand are available to help you succeed. Our program is designed to provide you the freedom to earn while you learn and develop into your insurance career. We have seen people from all backgrounds do very well in this industry and a large portion of that is due to the training and assistance we provide. You are in control of all the aspects of the business, you work your own hours and all with our help and guidance. There has never been an opportunity like this in the past. We help you build YOUR BUSINESS and turn your dreams into reality. Why not work towards a legacy (income) that you will be able to pass down to your children, grandchildren and future generations one day?
