Responsibilities: Boost sales revenue by calling, texting, and emailing potential clients Work side-by-side with your mentor to build the confidence and skills necessary to gain self-sufficiency as an insurance agent Compile insurance quotes using accurate customer information, data, and rates for insurance policies Present prospective customers with the best insurance policy options to meet their needs after assessing their individual circumstances and goals Create new and continued business by uncovering opportunities to upsell and cross-sell financial products Qualifications: At least one year of experience working in sales or the insurance industry desired Valid Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses required or must be willing to get licensed Have a knack for connecting with others for building great rapport and relationships Must display strong leadership and communication skills Candidates must clear a background check • Candidates have or willing to obtain Property and Casualty Insurance Licenses • Candidates have or willing to obtain Life Insurance License.
