FARMERS INSURANCE PRODUCER

We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural-born salesperson with a desire to make a difference in people’s lives. As our newest insurance sales representative you will sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers.

The producer's responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

• Meet agency standards for new business premium production per month
• Assist with regular Farmers Friendly Reviews, call clients and set appointments, or perform reviews by phone
• Complete requests for service (making changes to existing policies, answer billing questions) in existing policies.

REQUIREMENTS

• Positive, can-do attitude
• Willingness to learn the insurance business
• Punctuality and dependability
• Sales Experience is a must
• An insurance license is not required to start this position, we will help you get Licensed

We will provide full one on one training with sales, customer service, insurance knowledge, and marketing techniques.
