Responsibilities: Boost sales revenue by calling, texting, and emailing potential clients Compile insurance quotes using accurate customer information, data, and rates for insurance policies Evaluate the individual needs and goals of prospective customers in order to present them with the most suitable insurance policy options Create new and continued business by uncovering opportunities to upsell and cross-sell financial products Achieve the predetermined business production objectives to further the agency’s greater financial goals Qualifications: Must display strong leadership and communication skills Valid Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses required or must be willing to get licensed Must successfully complete a background check At least one year of experience working in sales or the insurance industry desired Should be great at making connections to build rapport and relationships with others Compensation: $20,000 - $30,000 plus Commissions per year
