Responsibilities: Work side-by-side with your mentor to build the confidence and skills necessary to gain self-sufficiency as an insurance agent Generate accurate insurance quotes by leveraging accurate data, customer information, and available insurance rates Create new and continued business by uncovering opportunities to upsell and cross-sell financial products Achieve the predetermined business production objectives to further the agency’s greater financial goals Drive sales among potential clients by making phone calls, composing text messages, and sending emails regularly Qualifications: Candidates must clear a background check Valid Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses required or must be willing to get licensed Have a knack for connecting with others for building great rapport and relationships One year of experience working in sales or as an insurance agent beneficial Must display strong leadership and communication skills Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 yearly
