As a Farmers Insurance agent you will have the freedom to be in business for yourself, but not by yourself. Our experienced district team will provide the training, mentorship, and coaching you will need in order to build a successful, financially lucrative insurance agency. Responsibilities: • Devote an unprecedented level of personal attention when implementing a range of effective sales strategies proven to maintain and grow long-term customer base • Listen attentively to new and potential clients, evaluate their needs and their financial statuses, and propose ideal plan options for their unique circumstances and insurance needs • Stay informed of insurance industry protocols and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of all policy requirements, and monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction • Ensure bookkeeping systems, sales databases, and customer records are maintained to report progress toward monthly initiatives to stakeholders • Work with policyholders to develop and deliver risk management strategies that fit their individual profiles Qualifications: • P&C Licensed with Life/health license in future (we can assist with licensing) • Willingness to learn new products • Be coachable and intuitive to your business • Good communicator and listener • Educate and assist customers on insurance product • Advising & assisting customers on their insurance needs • Providing excellent customer service to policyholders • Utilizing proven marketing systems, or those you may develop, to reach potential customers for our Insurance and Financial Services products Compensation: $100,000+
