In this role, you'll receive hands-on training in insurance sales, client service, and business operations all while building a path to long-term success in the industry.
Assist with developing and nurturing client relationships through personalized outreach
Learn to evaluate client needs and provide insurance solutions across auto, home, life and commercial lines
Support marketing campaigns and community engagement events
Gain familiarity with product rating systems, CRM tools, and compliance procedures
Contribute to team goals and performance targets
Attend weekly coaching sessions focused on professional development and leadership
Responsibilities
Train hands on with an experienced agency owner
Develop Insurance proposals, make sales presentations and close sales
Communicate with our hot leads
Establish client relationships and follow up with clients as needed
Understanding prospects needs and identifying sales opportunities
Requirements
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential clients
Ability to achieve high sales targets
Proven track record of trustworthiness and ethical behavior
Must be coachable
Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening
Must be willing to get licensed in Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health
Must be motivated and determined
