The David Flournoy Insurance Agency is a fast-paced busy insurance office that provides best-in-class risk solutions for business & personal lines through Farmers and its affiliated companies and also serves its clients with coverage through other major carriers through various broker partners.

We continue to grow at a steady pace and are looking for an experienced Customer Service Sales Representative....

• $45,000 to $50,000 Annually (hourly + commission)
• Health insurance contribution
• Full-time

As the primary customer service representative, you will be the anchor of the agency, and the first point of contact for existing and prospective clients.

Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management – Proactively respond to existing policy holder requests and answer/follow up on complex customer service inquiries and problems including processing of payments, basic policy changes, processing new business and resolving work alerts.
• New Busines s – write new business, cross-sell new business (other Farmers Products), review renewals to determine best contact approach to existing customers and set Farmers Friendly Review (FFR) appointments.
• Client Retention – Prepare coverage recommendations, prepare Farmers Friendly Review, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

​ Qualifications:

• California insurance Property & Casualty License required. Life & Health would be beneficial but not a requirement
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
