RESPONSIBILITIES

• Entrepreneurial with integrity towards success
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, local business owners, and community, etc.
• Establish and inspire a team
• Maintain knowledge of new products.
• Management skills a must, leadership skills even better.

REQUIREMENTS

• BE ABLE TO OBTAIN OR CURRENTLY POSSESS A PROPERTY & CASUALTY INSURANCE LICENSE.
• ABILITY TO OBTAIN OR POSSESS AN ACTIVE LIFE & HEALTH INSURANCE LICENSE.
• Display leadership competencies, including ability to delegate, engage, and inspire others.
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
• Able to reach out to the community and have pride in ownership.
