    Individuals who would like to gain some experience. Work directly with an established, successful mentoring agent for up to 12 months. Successful candidates will have the ability to solicit and sell insurance policies and provide customer service to policyholders.    • Extensive training, mentoring and support from our top agents • District Staff support through onboarding and training • A highly competitive commission and bonus structure • Nationally ranked training program in virtual format through the University of Farmers • Flexible hours, control of your time, and no working holidays • Lead generation and marketing expense provided by the agency • Waive Capital requirements needed for programs • Programs open to Protege Graduate with enhanced commissions Responsibilities: • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services • Establish client relationships and follow up with customers • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success • Mentor with top agents in Illinois Qualifications: • Sales, customer service and/or management experience • Strong communication skills • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset • Time management skills • Desire to be or currently active in the community • No bankruptcies within the last 12 months • Favorable criminal record with no felonies • Property and Casualty licenses or willing to obtain • Life and Health insurance licenses or willing to obtain Compensation: $36,000 - $86,000
