Responsibilities: Process: • Background Check - Satisfactory results of a background check will be part of the process • Licensing - A General Lines Property and Casualty, and Life, Accident, and Health license is required prior to the appointment as a Farmers Agent • Finger Printing required • Agent Appointment with Farmers • Five Week Agent Training with the University of Farmers Qualifications: • Driven, strong communication, aptitude for sales and/or management • Acquire active property and casualty and life and health licenses • No license or prior insurance experience is required to apply • $50,000 in qualified assets for some appointment programs • Successfully complete the University of Farmers® agent training program • Complete a panel interview with Farmers' representatives Compensation: $150,000 at plan
