Responsibilities: Leverage accurate data, customer information, and insurance rates to develop quotes for insurance policies Work side-by-side with your mentor to build the confidence and skills necessary to gain self-sufficiency as an insurance agent Hit the outlined business production objectives so the agency meets its overall financial goals Evaluate the individual needs and goals of prospective customers in order to present them with the most suitable insurance policy options Maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities for financial products by treating each client contact as an opportunity to generate new and continued business Qualifications: Successful completion of a background check is required Proven leadership and communication skills Valid Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses required or must be willing to get licensed One year of experience working in sales or as an insurance agent beneficial Excellent at building rapport and relationships with people • Willing to work remote with occasional, in office meetings and training. Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 yearly
