Responsibilities: Meet established new business production objectives to further the agency’s overall financial goals Compile, present, and explain insurance policy options that meet each potential customer’s individual needs Build the skills and confidence necessary to achieve self-sufficiency as an insurance agent with your mentor Compile insurance quotes using accurate customer information, data, and rates for insurance policies Maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities for financial products by treating each client contact as an opportunity to generate new and continued business Qualifications: Must successfully complete a background check Candidates must have or be willing to get Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses Should be great at making connections to build rapport and relationships with others At least one year of experience working in sales or the insurance industry desired Strong leadership and communications skills are a must • Willing to work remotely with occasional, in-office meetings and training Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 yearly
