Responsibilities: Build the skills and confidence necessary to achieve self-sufficiency as an insurance agent with your mentor Drive sales among potential clients by making phone calls, composing text messages, and sending emails regularly Compile insurance quotes using accurate customer information, data, and rates for insurance policies Create new and continued business by uncovering opportunities to upsell and cross-sell financial products Present prospective customers with the best insurance policy options to meet their needs after assessing their individual circumstances and goals Qualifications: Proven leadership and communication skills Candidates must clear a background check One year minimum sales experience preferred Valid Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses required or must be willing to get licensed Should be great at making connections to build rapport and relationships with others • Willing to work remotely with occasional, in-office meetings and training Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 yearly
