JOB DESCRIPTION

Farmers Insurance in search of a highly motivated, results driven, and passionate business minded individual for a life changing career opportunity with Farmers Insurance. In this position you will be a Licensed Insurance Representative working as an employee inside one of our top agencies in the state. You will earn a base salary in addition to the industry's highest new business and renewal commissions.

SALARY RANGE: $30000.00 - $60000.00 per year

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Generating insurance quotes.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.

REQUIREMENTS

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Must be highly self-motivated.
• Be able to obtain or currently possess Property & Casualty/Life & Health insurance licenses.
• Minimum 1 year prior sales experience preferred.
