RESPONSIBILITIES

• Learn the skills necessary to run an insurance agency
• Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
• Develop and calculate suitable plans based on client's needs
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints
• Expand business reach through networking techniques
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations
• Track and identify areas of improvement

REQUIREMENTS

• PREVIOUS SALES OR LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Bi-Lingual a plus but not a necessity

ABILITY AND WILLINGNESS TO ACQUIRE A PROPERTY & CASUALTY LICENSE.
