Responsibilities: Drive sales among potential clients by making phone calls, composing text messages, and sending emails regularly Hit the outlined business production objectives so the agency meets its overall financial goals Evaluate the individual needs and goals of prospective customers in order to present them with the most suitable insurance policy options Build the skills and confidence necessary to achieve self-sufficiency as an insurance agent with your mentor Leverage accurate data, customer information, and insurance rates to develop quotes for insurance policies Qualifications: One year of experience working in sales or as an insurance agent beneficial Proven leadership and communication skills Must successfully complete a background check Should be great at making connections to build rapport and relationships with others Valid Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses required or must be willing to get licensed • Must Have Active Property and Casualty License Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 yearly
