Responsibilities: Drive sales among potential clients by making phone calls, composing text messages, and sending emails regularly Achieve the predetermined business production objectives to further the agency’s greater financial goals Work side-by-side with your mentor to build the confidence and skills necessary to gain self-sufficiency as an insurance agent Maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities for financial products by treating each client contact as an opportunity to generate new and continued business Leverage accurate data, customer information, and insurance rates to develop quotes for insurance policies Qualifications: Successful completion of a background check is required Valid Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses required or must be willing to get licensed Strong leadership and communications skills are a must Excellent at building rapport and relationships with people One year minimum sales experience preferred Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
