    Our dynamic team seeks an enthusiastic individual to provide exceptional customer service to our insurance company clients and policyholders. You’ll be responsible for creating insurance policies, advising potential clients on coverage, and converting quotes into new policies. You'll also help resolve billing issues, change policies, and make policy recommendations. Responsibilities: • Track current marketing activities, so you can appropriately respond to insurance-related inquiries with all of the resources at your disposal • Make accurate modifications to consumer policies depending on the information supplied • Confirm client insurance coverage and provide evidence of insurance papers to policyholders • Keep track of all customer inquiries and follow up to verify that all questions are answered regarding customer policies • Answer incoming call center questions about insurance policies and insurance coverage issues, as well as consumer complaints and general inquiries Qualifications: • Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills • Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents • You must have previous customer service experience for this position • Knowledge of insurance products and policy schedules is preferred • Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficient with Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Powerpoint, and Excel) and ability to learn new software systems such as SalesforceSalesforce experience is a plusAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry • Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement plans • Opportunities for professional development and career advancement • A supportive work environment with a focus on work-life balance Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 yearly
